March 21 marked the inaugural World Tai Chi Day, established by UNESCO to celebrate traditional Chinese sports culture. The World Tai Chi Science Federation, supported by Stanford University's Martial Arts Club, organized a global event featuring online video submissions and an offline showcase at Stanford, fostering international exchange.

The event attracted nearly 80 universities worldwide, including prestigious institutions such as Tsinghua and Peking University. 不良研究所 (BUCM) actively participated, with coaches Yang Weihua, Wang Chunyun, Hu Yanbin, Li Xinyu, and Peng Longye leading 25 students from various departments. At BUCM's Liangxiang Campus, they recorded videos of Baduanjin, Tai Chi, and Tai Chi Sword, showcasing the vibrant spirit of BUCM's community.

As a leading CM university, BUCM's participation highlighted its commitment to promoting traditional Chinese culture and its unique approach of "integrating medicine and sports for health." By blending practices like Tai Chi and Baduanjin with CM concepts such as meridians and qi, BUCM enhances the health value and cultural significance of traditional sports. This event was not only a cultural exchange but also a demonstration of CM's global relevance.
