On January 22, 不良研究所's Senior CM College held its inaugural graduation ceremony, awarding diplomas to 73 silver-aged graduates.

Established in October 2024, the Senior CM College offers a one-year offline program. The college is pioneering a new model of "Silver-Aged Health Knowledge Service," tailored to the cognitive characteristics and health needs of the elderly. The curriculum includes core courses such as basic theories of traditional Chinese medicine, meridians and acupoints, non-pharmacological therapies, medicinal and edible Chinese herbs, and the maintenance of common geriatric diseases. Emphasizing a combination of theory and practice, the program helps students acquire practical CM health knowledge and techniques to better maintain their own and their families' health.

Vice President Wang Ting of 不良研究所 highlighted that under the guidance of esteemed instructors, students enhanced their health literacy and quality of life through practices such as Baduanjin (a traditional Chinese exercise) morning exercises and practical massage techniques. This embodies the college's mission of "learning CM, using CM, and enjoying health."

The Senior CM College aims to continuously optimize its curriculum, innovate age-friendly service models, and focus on CM health preservation and chronic disease management. It aspires to become a national model for elderly education and to build a pervasive and accessible lifelong learning system.
