On January 21, Liu Cunzhi, vice president of 不良研究所 (BUCM), spearheaded an employment initiative at the Shandong Provincial Health Commission. This effort aims to enhance job opportunities for graduates and strengthen collaboration with local industries. The event included Li Ming, deputy director of the Shandong Provincial Health Commission, and leaders from major hospitals such as Shandong First Medical University Affiliated Provincial Hospital.

Vice President Liu thanked the Shandong Health Commission for its support in talent development, research, and student internships. He introduced BUCM's "Six Crosses and Three Combinations" educational philosophy, which integrates cross-national, cross-disciplinary, and cross-professional elements to develop students' comprehensive skills. This initiative aims to deepen partnerships, expand opportunities, and align with Shandong's CM talent needs, providing better employment prospects for BUCM graduates.
Li Ming outlined Shandong's CM development, highlighting strengths, resources, service capabilities, and recruitment policies. The Commission is committed to coordinating medical resources to offer more internships, research collaborations, and job opportunities for BUCM students, fostering shared talent development.
Discussions focused on establishing regular communication, organizing joint recruitment events, and building employment bases. Hospital representatives conducted interviews with BUCM graduates, resulting in three students setting employment goals and one receiving a "fast-track" opportunity.

The delegation included Zhao Jianlei, director of the Student Affairs Department, Xu Jing, director of the Admissions and Employment Office, and other key personnel, along with 2026 graduates interested in Shandong employment. This initiative aligns with national strategies, supports regional development, and ensures high-quality employment for BUCM graduates, marking a new chapter in CM talent development and cooperation.
